PROSuite Reporting

Our PROSuite platform provides a streamlined, centralized reporting dashboard that allows us to vary the level of detail and variables included. As a result, we can customize our reports  to fit the needs of our clients, and the goals that they bring to the table. While we have three basic report types, each can be altered, expanded or collapsed, providing literally thousands of permutations available to share with our clients. Custom reports can be defined by our services team without requiring engineering resources.

Due to the end to end information we capture through the integration of third-party systems our reports are able to address client goals instead of simply looking at keyword performance data. PROSuite assigns each keyword in our system a series of tags, which allow us to present results in the client's native taxonomy. Furthermore, we use the same analytics tools to measure not only the effectiveness of paid search campaigns and organic optimization, but the impact of display ads on search and vice versa.   Because we can combine reports from a wide range of search engines into one interface, our analytics team can easily compare performance across engines.

Track Search on Your Terms

PROSuite integrates with any web analytics or third-party ad tracking package including, Atlas DMT, DoubleClick DART, WebsideStory Hitbox, and Omniture.  This integration lets our clients track their search efforts side by side with the rest of their online marketing.

Protect Your Campaign from Click Fraud

PROSuite has creative wizards that monitor and auto-detect potential instances of click fraud.  To account for any found anomalies, we compare our click data with information provided by the engines.  Any significant variance is investigated by our analytics team and reported to the engine in question for resolution.

Each report comes with a tear sheet that outlines key learnings and actionable next steps. This reporting is consistent whether we're managing a paid search campaign, an SEO initiative, a contextual campaign, or any other model. Furthermore, by storing not only campaign performance data, but the meta data surrounding it (tags that indicate industry vertical, client company, goals, etc.) within the PROSuite, we’re able to aggregate data, view it at a macro level and use what we learn to inform future client work.
