
Sometimes too much of a good thing is too much of a good thing, despite what Mae West had to say.
Verizon DSL is garnering some unwanted attention this week for an overly aggressive spam filter that many say is blocking long-established legitimate emails.
According to this story on Slashdot, a “whitelist” web page has been set up to allow users to add select addresses to a safe list. However, with entry limited to one address at a time, many users are left with what could be a very tedious process.
We went to Google Blog Search to find more, but a search for “verizon spam filter” returned this bunch of garbage. Yikes. You’ll just have to make do with this related story on Verizon’s plans for mobile TV instead.
