After suffering a denial of service attack from would-be extortionists, the enterprising British student who made a fortune selling ad space by the pixel on The Million Dollar Homepage is being hit with a breach of contract lawsuit from a disgruntled advertiser by the name of MillionDollarWeightLoss.com, who claims that its ad did not appear on the site in the timeframe originally planned.
