BMEzine.com is a site devoted to the art of body modification. Its content is quite often fascinating, if not a little cringeworthy.
Today they’re featuring a great article on geek ink art called “Revenge of the Tattooed Nerds.”
An Apple logo, a Mandelbrot Set, Pac Man and an Nintendo game controller are just a few of the tats presented with accompanying interviews with their owners.
My favorite quote comes at the very bottom, where the head-to-toe tattooed “Lizardman” describes the decision to get a small gamer-themed tattoo on the underside of his fingertip:
“I didn’t see a drawback, so I got it.”
‘Didn’t see a drawback…’ As opposed, to say – having your entire epidermis transformed into that of a reptile.
