National Geographic on Google Earth

If ring-tailed lemurs ring your bell you’ll love a new feature on Google Earth which incorporates articles, images and live webcams from National Geographic into the site’s mapping functionality.

Photographer Mike Fay spent over a year taking 92,000 high res photos of Africa. Five hundred of his favorites have been annotated into Google Earth and the results are stunning.
