Threadwatch has a link to this article on The Inquirer that claims Google is counter-suing Microsoft in response to the company’s recently filed lawsuit over Google’s hiring of a former Microsoft engineer.
Nicole Wong, Google’s associate general counsel says:
“It’s about intimidation pure and simple. Their [Microsoft's] actions in trying to prevent Dr. Lee from joining Google is clearly an illegal restraint of trade.”
Not sure about all that, but these talent wars are always fun to watch.
