Interpublic's Reprise Media Selected To Manage Microsoft's Search Marketing Efforts

NEW YORK CITY - June 22, 2007 - Microsoft (NASDAQ: MSFT) announced today that it has selected Reprise Media, a leading provider of search engine marketing (SEM) solutions, to manage its search marketing efforts. Reprise Media will be responsible for developing and executing search campaigns across a wide variety of Microsoft business units.

Reprise Media was recently acquired by Interpublic (NYSE: IPG), whose McCann WorldGroup unit acts as Microsoft’s global agency of record. The two companies will work together closely to build an integrated, cross-channel search strategy for Microsoft.
