Reprise Media Expands Management Team, Doubles Sales Organization

New York City – December 19, 2006 - Reprise Media, the industry's largest independent search engine marketing services firm, today announced the addition of four new members to its management team, as well as the doubling of the size of its corporate sales organization. These new additions come at the end of a year in which Reprise Media grew its staff by nearly fifty percent.

"Search is a young and extremely competitive industry. Finding and retaining talented staff that have the right balance of technical knowledge and client service skills is extremely challenging," Joshua Stylman, Managing Partner of Reprise Media, said. "The new members of our management team have provided us with an incredibly stable infrastructure, allowing us to expand our sales presence and better serve our clients’ evolving search needs."

The company named Dan Kashman (formerly of ROOT Markets) as the company's new VP of Corporate Development, and promoted Joel Lapp (VP of Account Services), John Chan (Director of Media) and Christine King (Associate Director of Client Services) to new positions within the company.

"While we're excited to infuse stellar new talent to our organization, we are also extremely proud to promote from within our own ranks. Our success is due, in large part, to the amazing development of some of our core employees," said Stylman.

Dan Kashman, Vice President of Corporate Development

Dan Kashman was hired as Vice President of Corporate Development and will be responsible for creating relationships with current prospects and new clients. Prior to joining Reprise, he was General Manager and Vice President of Business Development at ROOT Markets, where he executed co-branded lead generation programs for top-tier online publishers. He also founded a relationship loyalty marketing firm for which he developed a proprietary sports fan rewards program.

Joel Lapp, Vice President of Account Services

Joel Lapp was promoted to Vice President of Account Services and will oversee the entire account team infrastructure as well as develop protocols to manage the company's service offerings. Lapp joined Reprise in 2004 and previously served as Account Director. Prior to joining Reprise Media, he was an Account Supervisor at Outrider (a division of Mediaedge:CIA), managing paid and organic search marketing campaigns.

John Chan, Director of Media

John Chan was promoted to Director of Media and will oversee the firm's media planning team. In his new role, he will be responsible for planning campaign strategy as well as managing overall performance, including keyword discovery and creative generation. Chan joined the firm three years ago after having worked at Ask Jeeves as a Strategic Research Manager and CMP Media as an Internet Analyst. While at Reprise, he co-invented FeedCast – the company's proprietary, patent-pending platform that launches paid search campaigns within hours after a news story breaks.

Christine King, Associate Director, Client Services

Christine King was promoted to Associate Director of Client Services. In her new role, she will lead the Client Services team and also will be responsible for creating new technologies to streamline department processes. King joined the firm's client services department in 2003 and has helped develop client business strategies, conduct campaign analysis and identify search trends to expand client campaigns. Prior to working at Reprise, Christine was a Client Services Manager for Ask Jeeves.
