Reprise Media Names Stephen Chiles Chief Operating Officer

New York City – December 14, 2006 - Reprise Media, the largest independent search marketing firm in the industry, today announced the appointment of Stephen Chiles as their new Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Reprise Media, Chiles spent 10 years at AOL, where he most recently served as Executive Director of Marketing.

As Chief Operating Officer at Reprise Media, Chiles will have oversight of Sales, Client Services, Marketing and Product Development divisions. His primary focus will be to extend the company's leadership position in the SEM marketplace and position it for significant continued growth.

Chiles has proven experience in heading up world class ecommerce and marketing programs as well as leading and developing corporate alliances in the areas of interactive media and acquisition marketing. Additionally, he has a significant background in operational process improvement, strategic business planning and execution.

While at AOL, Chiles negotiated the first cross-divisional deal, leveraging multiple products and services to create the first "total" AOL experience on a consumer PC. He also led the launch of some of the first interactive advertisements on AOL's platform and developed one of the largest co-branded credit card programs in the interactive medium. Chiles also initiated and led the Strategic Client Services group managing over $1 billion in revenue where he built strong relationships with leading consumer brands including Dell, Sony, Sprint-Nextel, eBay, Coca Cola, JP Morgan Chase and Philips Electronics.

Chiles received his BA from the Virginia Military Institute, with graduate studies in ecommerce and system dynamics from M.I.T. He is a member of the Cellular Telecommunications and Internet Association (CTIA), the Project Management Institute (PMI) and the VMI Alumni Association.
