Christine Fade
Director of Human Resources
As Director of Human Resources for Reprise Media, Christine Fade manages all aspects of human resources including recruitment, policy development, performance management, training and development, benefits and compensation.
Christine Fade is a seasoned human resources generalist with particular expertise in managing human resources in financial services and media. She is effective at establishing a human resources presence and building credibility with clients. She has dealt with complex recruitment, retention and compensation issues and has managed a staff of over 20 employees up to and including Vice Presidents. She has managed all aspects of human resources including: recruitment, employee relations, benefits, compensation, policy development and implementation as well as payroll and HRIS. She is a member of the bar in both New York State and Ontario, Canada.
Most recently, Ms. Fade was Director of Human Resources and member of the Executive Team at VMS, an integrated media intelligence firm with offices throughout the United States. Prior to VMS, she was a director at Claris Capital Corporation a financial advisory and consulting firm. Her first position in New York City was with Deutsche Bank Americas where she was Director of Human Resources and a member of the Benefits Committee. There she worked with every client group in North and South America. Examples of the breadth of exposure are: equities, global markets, mergers and acquisitions, investment banking, private banking, investment management, commercial banking, technology and operations, and all administrative and support areas.
Prior to her employment at Deutsche Bank Americas, Ms. Fade was at law school and upon graduation worked for a large law firm in Toronto. During her employment at Woolley, Dale she worked on a number of legal matters in securities, corporate, commercial, employment and real estate law. While at law school and for sometime thereafter she also accepted research and writing assignments involving US and Canadian contingent workers, pensions, social security and employment law matters.
Prior to law school, Ms. Fade was the Head of Human Resources for Midland Doherty Limited (now Merrill Lynch Canada), a large international stock brokerage firm in Toronto. Ms. Fade successfully completed the officers and directors examination and the registered representatives examination.
