John Chan
Vice President of Media
As Vice President of Media for Reprise Media, John Chan is a driving force in the development and execution of campaign strategy. Chan’s knack for intuitively reading client needs and delivering highly unique and stylized programs has earned him accolades from clients and colleagues alike. He has created a wide range of tools and methodologies for campaign construction and management that have streamlined internal work flow and contributed to company success and client satisfaction. Chan has also been a major contributor to the development of Reprise Media’s suite of patent-pending advertising solutions.
Prior to joining Reprise Media, Chan was an internet analyst at CMP, where he managed advertising placement and maximized profitability of ad inventory. Chan also served as a financial analyst with the Pullman Group Inc., an investment bank focused on the entertainment and intellectual property industries. In addition, Chan was the strategic research and planning manager at ask Ask Jeeves, where he developed and launched advertising opportunities and acted as a liaison between sales and product management.
Chan received his BA in Economics from UC Berkeley, and is an avid poker player in his spare time - John finished in the top 10% of all players in the 2007 World Series of Poker.
